In June 2025, SoWright Theater Company partnered with OUR HOUSE Shelter to present a one-day workshop for summer youth program followed by a private showcase for residents and summer attendees. For each production, youth volunteers from their program are featured in a scene, providing an engaging and inclusive experience.

The event was followed by a panel discussion with the audience. The production also featured volunteer youth from the Serious Young Brothers organization headed by organization leader Rojay Moore.

In 2023, SoWright Theater Company and Place of Harvest Church collaborated to host a two-day camp attended by over 50 children. The camp was integrated into Vacation Bible School, centered around the theme "Jesus is the ROCK," combining the arts with spiritual learning.
This fundraising brunch event marked the launch of our non-profit organization. In 2023, we introduced “Embrace U,” a movement dedicated to inspiring, uplifting, and encouraging women to embrace themselves through all stages of life. The event featured a powerful theatrical production and was complemented by a meaningful panel discussion.
This fundraising brunch event marked the launch of our non-profit organization. In 2023, we introduced “Embrace U,” a movement dedicated to inspiring, uplifting, and encouraging women to embrace themselves through all stages of life. The event featured a powerful theatrical production and was complemented by a meaningful panel discussion. Additionally, Embrace U was celebrated as a Mother’s Day women’s brunch, honoring mothers with a heartfelt one-act performance. A portion of the proceeds was donated to a local organization supporting victims who lost their homes in the tornado that struck Little Rock, AR, in March 2023.
Our restructuring journey began in 2018 after our sold out show, we took a break with plans to return in 2020 year to only witness the world change in 2020 as the COVID -19 pandemic hit.
